This old Big Mansion is located in Kinarut Papar along the Papar-Kota Kinabalu Highway and is called the Panoramic View Muzium by its current owner, the Sabah Muzium. It was said to have been found by SAFODA (Sabah Forestation Development Authority) when it opened up the area. It was said to have been constructed by some foreigners, for what they had not established but some source claimed it was used as prison.

WFC Asimont was a brother of my grandmother, Marie Wunder, born Asimont. Her father, an engineer, was Professor at Munich University,Germany, and built railway bridges in Hungary ( Ödenburg I believe, and others ) for the Vienna Südbahn.
